Syntero is currently interviewing candidates for these career opportunities for medical professionals. In some cases, we have multiple positions available in one or more of our locations: Dublin, Mill Run, Lewis Center and Northeast Columbus.


Psychiatrist

Schedule: Part-time

Location: Syntero Locations

Required Qualifications: Must be a graduated of an accredited medical school and completed an accredited psychiatry residency program; be licensed as a physician in the State of Ohio; Board Certified in Psychiatry; be eligible for hospital privileges; and have a current provider card in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS). Minimum 5 years experience providing psychiatric services.

Description: Strong clinical skills, communication skills ad ability to complete documentation through an electronic health record. Functions independently to perform age-appropriate history and psychiatric assessments for patients referred by agency staff or from our partner agencies.

Licensed Practical Nurse

Schedule: Part-time

Location: Syntero Locations

Required Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited LPN program; licensed in Ohio as LPN; minimum 1 year experience as an LPN. Experience in a behavioral health agency preferred.

Description: Must be able to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to assure coordination of care. Strong oral and written communication, problem solving, conflict resolution and organizational skills. Maintains safe, secure and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures, complying with legal and acrediting regulations.

Medical Assistant

Schedule: Part-time

Location: Syntero Locations

Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant training from a CAAHEP or ABHES accedited program. CMA Certification preferred. Experience in a behavioral health agency preferred.

Description: Must be able to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to assure coordination of care; be able to navigate an electronic health record. Strong communications, problem solving, conflict resolution and organizational skills. Monitors completeness of medical records supporting documents; processes consent forms, treatment plans, outcome measure and other documents.
