Dr. Amy Acton Will Share Leadership Story with Outstanding Youth at the Catalyst Awards

Syntero is pleased to announce that Amy Acton, MD, MPH, will be the keynote speaker of an award ceremony that honors Central Ohio students who are committed to improving their communities.

Dr. Acton, a licensed physician in Preventive Medicine and Public Health with more than 30 years of experience, was a key figure in Ohio’s efforts to curve the impact of the coronavirus. Dr. Acton will share her inspiring story of leadership through her speech titled “The Leader We All Wish We Had Is You!” at the 31st Annual Catalyst for Positive Change Awards on Friday, April 22, 2022. The awards breakfast will be held at the Fawcett Center on the Ohio State University campus and will showcase 30 students from 15 Central Ohio high schools.

In recent years, the need for Syntero’s critical behavioral health, wellness and social services has increased as community members from all walks of life have been faced with unprecedented challenges.
