Insurance Policy

Insurance Policy

Syntero2 is committed to providing the highest level of care, which means empowering clients to determine when, where and how they will receive services and at what frequency. Syntero2 does not accept insurance, which enables clients to schedule as many appointments as they like, whenever they like.

Syntero2’s payment model also helps increase client confidentiality. Insurance providers require a mental health diagnosis, so bypassing that process may be desirable for clients who are interested in protecting their anonymity.

Clients may request superbills, which list services received, to submit to insurance providers.

Syntero2 Providers

Syntero2 Providers

All Syntero2 therapists are independently licensed behavioral health care professionals with at least five years of experience. Syntero2 contractors are now accepting clients. Scroll down to view provider profiles and schedules, or select your provider from the menu to schedule an appointment with the provider of your choice.

Prior to booking, please review the following documents:

Prior to your initial appointment, please complete the Standards of Care form. Your therapist will request an electronic copy prior to your appointment.
