Syntero CEO Julie Erwin Rinaldi was recently featured on Columbus Leadership Podcast. Erwin Rinaldi has dedicated more than 10 years to developing a welcoming culture for both Syntero clients and employees through open communication, transparency and trust. Erwin Rinaldi ensures that Syntero’s core values of integrity, empowerment and innovation are incorporated into all aspects of the organization’s operations, while supporting the health and well-being of individuals, families and communities by providing professional, compassionate behavioral health and social services that adapt to the changing needs of the community.
“I think it’s important for [clients] to know that you’re real, you’re a human being and that you’re here to touch people, to work with people and to make their lives better. I want people to feel safe,” Erwin Rinaldi said. “In terms of being a leader of a nonprofit that provides this type of care, I care about our employees. I reach out to our employees. We do as much as we can to let them know that we know they’re doing hard work every day, but we’re so grateful for the fact that they’re choosing to do this.”
