Syntero Staff Member Shares Account of Personal and Client Empowerment

A new segment of Syntero’s podcast, Syntero Speaks, is available. In the latest segment of Syntero Speaks, Older Adult Program Coordinator Victoria Alexander, MSW, LISW-S, shares her journey as a Syntero employee—beginning as an intern, then eventually transitioning to a management-level position. She also discusses the support and culture that attracted her to the organization. Lastly, Victoria explains how Syntero’s Older Adult program empowers older adults to live independent, full lives, and helps those living in isolation. Syntero’s Older Adult programs include mental health and substance use disorder counseling, caregiver consultation, intensive home-based outreach and specialized support groups for widows/widowers and those with low vision. Learn more about our Older Adult programs here.
