Internal Family Systems Therapy Training

In Syntero’s Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy training, attendees will be provided with an overview of the increasingly popular IFS Therapy model. The training will focus specifically on providing participants with a general understanding of the model, what sets it apart from similar approaches, and where to go for further training or resources. Attendees will leave having gained an understanding of the following:

  • What distinguishes IFS from other models that conceptualize parts of self
  • The concept of self energy and the types of parts, with their respective roles according to IFS
  • The flow of the model
