How to be an Askable Parent: Navigating Uncomfortable Conversations with Kids about Sex

Syntero is excited to present “How to be an Askable Parent” VIRTUAL Workshop Series in July 2021. These presentations will help parents and caregivers navigate tough topics and critical conversations with their children and teens, while learning the necessary skills to become their kids’ go-to resource.

In this workshop, participants will learn how to make talking about sex with their kids less scary and be more comfortable, learn the importance of being an “Askable Parent” and how to become one, learn how to keep the conversations around sexual health more positive and less shameful.

Registered participants will receive an email with the Zoom link and presentation information a few days before the relative registered workshop. Please contact healtheducators@syntero.org with any questions.

Syntero’s Virtual Parent Workshops are made possible by funding from the ADAMH Board of Franklin County.
