Syntero’s Positive Parenting Program, or Triple P, is designed for parents and caregivers of children birth to age 8. Triple P helps participants learn how to get more desirable behaviors from their children. Triple P is offered free of charge for residents of Delaware and Morrow Counties.

The Managing Fighting and Aggression workshop will provide parents and guardians with strategies for teaching kids to solve problems and get along with others.

The Dealing with Disobedience workshop will provide parents and guardians with tips on how to get kids to listen and follow directions00and what to do when they don’t.

Syntero’s Positive Parenting Program, or Triple P, is designed for parents and caregivers of children birth to age 8. Triple P helps participants learn how to get more desirable behaviors from their children. Triple P is offered free of charge for residents of Delaware and Morrow Counties.

The Developing Good Bedtime Routines workshop will provide parents and guardians with  advice on getting kids to go to bed—and stay there.

Overdose Prevention Informational Session and Community Training

All community members are invited to attend this event, which will provide education, resources and conversation around community efforts to challenge the Opioid Epidemic impacting Central Ohio communities. Narcan training will also be provided Southeast Healthcare to support recovery efforts.

Participants may join in person at Syntero’s Dublin office, or virtually. This event is free for all participants.

 

31st Annual Catalyst for Positive Change Awards

Syntero will host the 31st Annual Catalyst for Positive Awards on Friday, April 22, 2022. The Catalyst for Positive Change Awards showcases students from Central Ohio high schools who have demonstrated outstanding community service and exemplify Syntero’s values of integrity, empowerment, innovation and inclusiveness. Syntero has invited students from 22 Central Ohio high schools in Franklin, Delaware and Morrow Counties.

Dr. Amy Acton is a licensed physician in Preventive Medicine and Public Health with over 30 years of experience in executive leadership, academic and nonprofit administration, philanthropy, government and community service, teaching and data analysis, medical practice, and health care policy and advocacy.

Celebrate Youth!

Celebrate Youth is a support group for gender expansive and exploring youth ages 11 and younger. This is a pro-social inclusive space for all and everyone is welcome.  No intake or referral needed.
