COVID-19 Protocol
Syntero continues to monitor the latest preventative measures recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the State of Ohio to curb the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We are taking the utmost precautions to protect our clientele, staff members and the community-at-large from the spread of COVID-19.
Health and Safety Protocol
-
All shared public spaces such as waiting rooms, hallways, kitchens, etc. will now require masks. This includes employees, clients and visitors, regardless of vaccination status. All social distancing markers should continue to be followed.
-
Outpatient clinicians, psychiatry providers and community-based direct service providers meeting clients in single offices or conference rooms can use their discretion and offer to conduct the session without masks, if all parties are comfortable doing so. This is only allowed if the employee and the client are both fully vaccinated.
-
All employees, clients and community members may voluntarily choose to wear a mask at anytime at your own discretion.

Preventative Measures
-
The best protection we have available to us against COVID-19 is to be fully vaccinated and boosted. Genoa Pharmacy located at Syntero’s Dublin office offers Moderna vaccinations and booster shots. Click here to learn more.
