About the event
Give your child a chance to learn coping skills and manage stress this winter break! Syntero is offering fun, interactive workshops to help students develop skills for navigating changes in routine, managing the “winter blues,” and learning healthy ways to connect with others.
*Parents/Caregivers are invited to join a Syntero clinician to explore self-care strategies and ways to support students at home.
