Building Connections

Building Connections Group

Expanding your social circle can become more challenging as we age—but you don’t have to do it alone. Join Syntero’s Building Connections Group for a relaxed, welcoming space to meet fellow older adults, share stories, and build new friendships. Each monthly session offers meaningful conversation, fun activities, and opportunities to learn from professionals who share practical tips and helpful resources to help us thrive—not just survive—in our daily lives.

Open to all older adults in the Columbus area and facilitated by Syntero’s experienced Older Adult team.
