We are honored that your school has decided to participate in the 35th Annual Catalyst for Positive Change Awards by selecting up to two high school juniors or seniors to receive this prestigious award. Please select your students based on the following criteria:

Students who embody Syntero's values of:
- Integrity – responsible, trustworthy, self-motivated and driven to the highest standards
- Empowerment – respectful, caring, compassionate and supportive of others
- Innovation – creative, courageous, resilient and problem-solver
- Inclusiveness – embraces diversity and respects the unique qualities of community members
Students currently in either their junior or senior year of high school
Students who are involved in making the lives of others better in a selfless manner
Students who are bringing about positive change by participating in the community-at-large:
- Volunteering
- Participating in civic, faith-based or other outside organizations
- Other community involvement
No minimum GPA required

Once your school's selections are received, the students will receive an invitation to complete a profile. All students who complete their profile will officially become award winners.

Please mark your calendar for Friday, April 17 to attend the breakfast and to release the student recipients from classes.
